Refund Policy

Not happy? We’ll make it right.

We want you to love everything you buy from us. But we get it—sometimes the color isn’t right, the size doesn’t fit, or your little one just isn’t into it. No hard feelings.

 

Returns & exchanges
You have [30 days] from delivery to return or exchange an item. Just email us at satellitest3423@hotmail.com with your order number and what you’d like to do. We’ll give you a return authorization and the address to send it back.

 

What we ask:

  • Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (if it came with any).

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear, nursing bras, swimwear, pacifiers, or opened nursing/pumping supplies. (You understand!)

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll check it out and send you an email to confirm. Then we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. It usually shows up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Shipping costs:
You pay for return shipping unless the item was defective or we made a mistake. (Sorry, shipping fees aren’t refundable.)

 

Damaged or defective?
Oh no! If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us right away with photos. We’ll make it right—either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
